Question:  What is the best program to get into for first time home buyers?

I have heard of the first ime home buyers program where small cities or towns get money from the city. Is it like a loan with a lower interest rate or some kind of grant?


Answer:  Each town has there own program or none at all. Most of in the form of a 1% loan over 30 years. Some are grants however. A loan officer can direct you to the program that is best for you. The state also has a program that is a grant that is only available for new construction. Feel free to contact my preferred lender for more details.
